The Aris Zavitsanos - HCI Founder's Scholarship Fund and Award

Purpose:

The general purpose of the award is to encourage education and awareness with regards to contributions made in the American Society by immigrants. This is not limited to first-generation immigrants and there is no preference or restrictions with regards to national origin. It is hoped that the award will help in preserving a part of American history that is rapidly fading.

Administration:

The fund is administered by the HCI Board of Trustees, the HCI Scholarship Committee, and the following Founder's Fund Committee:

Awards:

A number of awards is planned annually. For details please come back to this website or send us e-mail.

How to Contribute:

The following levels of awards have been established:

  • Meganisian Level: Total contributions in excess of $2,500.
  • Ionian Level: Total contributions between $500 and $2,499.
  • Mediterranean Level: Total contributions between $100 and $499.
  • Oceanic Level: Total contributions between $1 and $99.

Donations are welcomed at any time; please mail your check payable to HCI at P.O. BOX 184
484B Washington St., Monterey, CA 93940-3052 and indicating "Aris Zavitsanos Scholarship Fund". All contributions are fully tax deductible.
